Otto obtained his BA degree from the University of Pretoria and his B.Juris through Unisa. He completed his Diploma in Tax Practice through the Rand Afrikaans University and was admitted as an attorney in 1972. He was a partner of Kotzè, Low & Swanepoel in Vryburg for 12 years and was appointed manager credit control for Boland Bank for two years before he joined Faure & Faure in 1989. Otto specialises in property law, conveyancing and notarial work.
